Custom Foot Orthotic Adjustments
This service is available for clients who purchased their orthotics from Step It Up Orthotics and are less than one year old. With our commitment to excellence in service, we have an on-site lab. This means your orthotics will be adjusted during your appointment so that you don't have to go without them.

Medical Compression Socks
Medical grade compression socks are measured to ensure proper fit and can help in a variety of ways. A medical prescription is required to dispense this product.

Custom Orthotic Process

Biomechanical Assessment
Book a Biomechanical Assessment where a Pedorthist will assess your unique movements and create a treatment plan for you on how to improve your movements or to help you recover from pain/injury. If custom orthotics are recommended and you'd like to purchase a pair, you will need to pay a deposit and book your fitting appointment.

Custom Orthotic Fitting
Fitting you with your customized foot orthotic. During this time you will receive your required paperwork for extended health insurance. The break in procedure will also be reviewed.

Custom Orthotic
Follow-Up/Adjustment
Periodic follow-up reminders will be sent to see if there are any concerns with your custom orthotics. If there are any pain or discomfort with your custom orthotics, it is recommended you book a Custom Orthotic Adjustments Appointment.
